Flightpro Drone Solutions Limited, as an HKCAD Approved Training Organisation, proudly presents our FlightPro Small Unmanned Aircraft (SUA) Advanced Rating Course—a comprehensive course tailored to meet the specific operational needs of your organisation. As drones become essential tools across industries—from construction and surveying to public safety and environmental monitoring—investing in professional remote pilot training ensures your team remains at the forefront of innovation and fully equipped to harness the vast potential of Low Altitude Economy (LAE) in the Greater Pearl River Delta region.
This program is designed to equip participants with the advanced skills and technical knowledge required to operate SUA safely, efficiently, and in compliance with regulatory standards—leading to enhanced project outcomes, improved safety protocols, and significant cost savings.
Upon successful completion of the theoretical examination, practical assessment, and attendance requirements, participants will receive a Training Certificate qualifying them to apply for the Hong Kong Civil Aviation Department’s SUA Advanced Rating.
Please note that at the moment we do not offer regular public courses. Instead, we specialise in customised training programs designed for organisations with a minimum of five participants.
Course Duration
This five-day program includes:
• 3 days of theoretical training
• 2 days of practical flight training
Eligibility
As an advanced rating course, HKCAD requires participants to have a minimum of 2 hours of prior Small Unmanned Aircraft (SUA) flight experience.
If you do not meet this requirement, a one-day bridging course is available to help you gain the necessary experience.
Language of Instruction
• The course can be delivered in Cantonese or English
• All training materials and the theoretical examination are provided in English
Certification
Upon successful completion of the course—including attendance, theoretical exam, and practical assessment—participants will receive a Training Certificate. This certificate enables you to apply for the SUA Advanced Rating (A/B) via the HKCAD eSUA portal.
