With the Small Unmanned Aircraft Order coming into effect as of June 1st, 2022, operators who wish to conduct missions outside of the allowable Category A1/A2 perimeters will be required to obtain an Advanced Rating, by successfully completing a training course through a Civil Aviation Department (CAD) Approved Training Organization (ATO).
